Skinny Skis!!

What better way to end out the year than with a cross-country ski tour with my teenaged cousin through the trails at Mountain Meadows 

While there still isn't quite enough snow to groom the trails to perfection, the Red & Blue Trails took us on a wonderful adventure

The snow was so soft - and there was even some places where we could make our own track

and others where we could ski alongside a group of sheep and a little pony

Seriously, it's Vermont.

We followed that with a slight detour around to the lake, almost frozen but just not quite

But it was definitely a journey over the river and through the woods

and through the disc golf course, too.
