Guest Blog: Megan Hikes Killington. 23 June 2011

i didnt know what to expect on this hike. when i got dropped off, i thought this was going to suck. i always thought my cousin was crazy, and she is. maybe i am a little too , i mean we are related after all. but now i understand why she does what she does. .

CAUTION : Very big and slippery rocks on this trail. Do not slip . .oh..to late(;

snowshed, with baby breath up to my knees. hmm why is it called baby breath ?

Its amazing how different things look at killington in the summer time.

Its times like this when you want to just sit back and enjoy the view, well if you can see it through the fog.

Even though it was pooring down rain , me and vespi stopped for a little break(mostly because she wouldnt move) and spotted all the beautiful wild flowers(:

after a rainy day hike around killington, I learned that not only is killington beautiful in the winter, but also in the summer. Even if it was pooring down rain (;

Can't wait for ski season,
Megan
