For National Trails Day, Vespi and I decided to do some clearing of Killington's most popular ascent in the summertime: Trail E.
I have been wondering if lift tickets are biodegradable...
The light was breaking through the canopy like glitter all over the woods...
A nice fallen log makes a beautiful location for moss and ferns...
And, of course, the year round muddy muddiness that is this one particular section...
Trail E is a 2,000 vertical feet climb in two miles and the view is totally worth it! The Green Mountains look so plush and squishy :)
An old mountain biking feature gets uprooted - can you see the chicken wire over the roots?
and a random mountain biking bridge in the middle of Nowhere ;)
See you on the Mountain,
FemaleSkiBum :)
